Chef Man
As Chinese Timsum became one of the favorite dishes of people around the world because of its taste and the art of cooking. Today, we will bring you to "Chef Man", the famous Chinese restaurant of Bangkok. It is located beside BTS Surasak station and on the 3rd floor of Eastin Grand Sathorn hotel.
Chef Man doesn't provide a luxurious interior design but when customers walk in, they feel like China.
Chef Man is not famous only at Timsum. They also famous for the main dishes,too.
The first menu is "Snow pork bun". This menu has to for reserve 3 days before. This dish is a perfect combination between sweet and crispy crust. Inside is filled with Chinese style red pork.
These "Shrimp Dumplings" greatly remind the taste of fresh shrimp and the taste of soup at the first bite.
Lastly to end with is the Chinese style bun named "Siw Thor". The filling inside is lotus seed with salted egg yolk.
